Team Building Activities

We are having our annual inservice day and I need an activity that fosters team building. Does anyone have a good website or an activity that they could share? Thanks!

My VP tries to do atleast one a year - we had a scavenger hunt that was very fun, we had to gather things from around downtown Boston (a paper cocktail umbrella from Chinatown, a shopping bag the jeweler's building, dates from a headstone in the Grannery Burial Ground). We went on a bus-type tour of Boston called a Duck Tour and although many of us are Boston born and bred, it was interesting to learn some history and trivia. We are fortunate to be in a historic urban area, I don't know what your area is like.

We did laser tag one year. Not sure how much team-building went on, but at least we got to shoot at each other.

I'm with Brad. We are having a paintball competition at our manager's conference this year and everyone is very much looking forward to it - of course, that may just be so they can shoot at the HR guy and the Dir Ops. x;-)

We did the paintball competition in June-It was a HUGE hit. And actually Parabeagle, I barely got hit at all :-) The ee's actually spent lots of time going after each other and pretty much stayed away from any "management" type-We went after each other, I had my share of co-director's that needed some paint!!!
