    Are you looking for any particular incentive plans? i.e. production? piece work?

    We do not use any incentive plans. We give awards for suggestions that are put into action and service awards. Every so often we give out gift certificates to employees who perform over and above their normal job responsibilities. All of these awards are given out at one of our quarterly company meetings.

    Our incentives are somewhat reminiscent of Kissinger's memories of working in the Nixon White House where "the absence of criticism was a compliment."
