Did any one of you have "termination notice templates" for untrustworthy or misconduct. If you have, please send it to my email address.

    If you are terminating for misconduct you would write "terminated for misconduct" on the notice.

    You should first be sure that you do want to give a written notice. Does your state require one? Does your policy? Neither our state nor our policy requires a written, or in fact verbal, termination notice by reason. You don't want a lawyer or a hearing officer waving it at you unless it says precisely what you want it to say and unless it clearly and completely defends your position. But, I would never recommend putting 'untrustworthy' in writing or even giving it verbally as a termination reason.
