Work accomodations for breast feeding (or breast pumping) at work.

Is there a state law (Ohio to be specific) or a federal that suggests that employers accomodate additional break/lunch time to breast feed or to pump breast for use later? An employee told me that there is such a law and that "others" have confirm it to her.

Minus the law, I certainly would accomodate a nursing mother anyway.
