Is anyone out there well-versed in the California Pregnanay Disability Leave?
As I read about this, it appears that under this Leave, employees can take four months off following child birth (if not used prior to the birth for a disability).
Am I interpreting this correctly?

In light of this, if our employee works up until the delivery, we would have to provide just the four months of unpaid leave after the birth, correct?
