Okay, I realize we have an obligation to amend plan documents, what exactly are we supposed to change..add..subtract, does anyone have examples of their amendments?
Whether it's your insurance plan documents or your 401k summary plan description; your third party administrator, broker or investment firm should be the one revising the document and sending it to you for approval and signature of company officials.
