Unemployment hearing

I've got a good one. One of our ee's appealed her unemployment denial with the response, "The plant manager said that if we didn't want to work in the team environment we were free to leave. I tried a different shift and it wasn't any better so I left." She quit with no notice. I can't wait for this hearing. Apparently she interpreted him as meaning leave and collect unemployment.

Just one of many reasons you should be greatful you're in the South. I can tell you of certain areas of the country where this would definitely result in a decision in favor of the claimant.
