Auto Policy - Help Needed

Hello, looking for a little help here. I have to redo our auto policy. Currently it is really no more than a bunch of rules of what you can and cannot do.
I need to update it to reflect company vehicles for different classes of employees, vehicle allowances etc.
I was wondering if anyone has something similar they would be willing to share? You can email it to me. You input is appreciated.

x:-) Ah, Am I missing a concept here? Aren't they all?

We have a variety of cars, depending on the level of employee.........also car/truck allowances...etc.......
That was why I was wondering if anyone had something out there......
