I am putting together job descriptions for our company. Can anyone recommend a basic software program I could use?

I have Descriptions Now and I ordered it from G-Neil, but I know that other HR companies sell it. It was very helpful for our company, although no description was a perfect fit, but at least we didn't have to start from scratch.

Speaking of Job Descriptions:

One of my major tasks this year is to include the OSHA physical demands to all job descriptions. Did the GNeil forms contain the OSHA section? Am I the only one without that section on job descriptions?

Thanks for the input I'll give them a try. I looked at my catalogs and "HR direct" has a software program so I will compare the two.
