Driving Violations

We run MVR reports on staff who drive on the clock. Most are on the road occassionally, maybe twice a week from office to their work site. We haven't set any specific criteria or established an actual policy.

Can you share some guidelines you use for this type of driving? (not on the road sales or truck drivers, etc.)

We have a policy that states employees MVR will be reviewed yearly and our insurance carrier will inform us if employees are not allowed to drive for our company. If you are interested in seeing it, please give me your e-mail address.
