I would like to review and improve our current policy manual. I have new info on cellphone use, VESSA, HIPAA, and some other things, but wonder if I could do still better. Would anyone be willing to fax me the index from their manual to compare??
Also, what reports do you present to your COO, or other supervisor that they really like? I do a weekly staffing report, with activities, and hire/term, also overtime by department. Just think there are a couple of other things out there that I could bring to the orgaization.
