I'm easy to pick out - the redhead in the green suit. I think I have all of 3 lines in the whole series. The rest of the "actors" are MLSP folks as well. It was a fun experience making the videos.

One of my assigned goals for 2004 is to put together an all inclusive management training program.

I'm looking for ways to help teach managers how to coach and praise and discipline their ee's though. Not so much the legal side of things. I need to sneak that information in sublty.

Anyone have suggestions on any good in house non -legal management training??
