I am looking for the laws in the state of Minnesota in regard to immunity laws covering banks in providing written disclosure of a former employee's involvement in theft, embezzlement, etc. made in good faith to another financial institution considering that individual for employment. Also, what is law in the state of Minnesota regarding a requirement to providing a departing employee with a "Service Letter" that describes the reasons for leaving.
