Cyber Stalking of Employee

Wow, I just found out about this situation, and am a little bit at loss.
One of our administrative employees believes that she is receiving e-mails at work from a man who had been stalking her two years ago. She got a restraining order against him then, but it has long since expired. He is in Ohio; she is in St. Louis. The e-mails are things like e-cards sent through Yahoo and the like, so we can't track their origin, but she says he used the same MO in his previous stalking activity. The stalker is not our employee.
Is there anything we can do to help our employee, other than changing her e-mail address? Frankly, this whole situation creeps me out, and I want to help our employee to feel safe at work.
Any ideas you all might have would be greatly appreciated.
