Colorado Breaks and Meal Periods

Under the Colorado Minimum Wage order it states that the employer is required to provide a 10 minute break for every four-hour work increment and a 30 minute unpaid meal period for any workday exceeding five hours. Does anyone know if there is any requirement regarding at what point during the four hours the employee should receive a break and the same for a meal period. In California, the employer is to try to have the break as close to midway as possible and the employee can work no longer than five hours without a lunch. I could not find anything like that regarding Colorado. We have stores in Colorado and the question has been asked. Thank you for your help - if there are any Coloradans out there.
