Sometime ago, there was a posting for a website to get info for doing employee surveys. Does anyone remember that site? If not, I need suggestions. I am tired of getting the same results with no comments for improvement. With
TS 16949, which we have just started to work on, I am going to have to be able to give quantitative measurements for employee morale. We used to have a rating system (1-5) for employees to mark but that was pretty useless. We asked for comments as to how these things can be improved if their rating was less than 5. We would get off the wall comments (you don't want to know) that were oftem personal attacks and had nothing to do with actual improvement. I want to take this to a further level. So any information anyone can provide would be much appreciated.
