Posters in Colorado

I have found an on-line source for the required poster in the state of Colorado - with the exception of one. Does anyone have an on-line resource for the "“Notice toEmployees . . .Colorado Employment Security Act." It has an assigned number with the UIB (?) - something like #147. BUT, a complete search of the site shows no such poster.

Yes; if your state requires posting this notice, it is a poster provided by your Employment Security Commission or State Labor Department or Unemployment Insurance Division or whatever its called in Colorado. The poster simply notifies employees that they are covered under the UI laws of the state and tells them the procedure to file an unemployment compensation claim for benefits. Call and they will send as many as you want, if they're required.

This is similar to the type of poster you get from your state workers' comp commission but your carrier might provide that one.

Thanks - I was hoping to find an online source where the poster could be printed directly (as the other required posters can be)...If anyone has found a source, would be appreciative...

You won't find it since it is going to be a state agency poster, not one of federal origin. But, the ones they send you will (likely) be on good card stock, perhaps even laminated. You'll have them in two days if you make the call. Just a suggestion.
