Hostile Environment?

An employee in our call center is responsible for receiving and reviewing all Internet e-mail messages directed to the company's general e-mail address. The employee recently complained about the amount of unsolicited e-mail pornography being received on a daily basis. To relieve this hostile environment, we can either drop the e-mail service (probably not a bad idea - considering only 10% of incoming e-mail is valid business), or; find a filtering system that really works. What are some good filtering systems and costs? Thanks.
