I am looking for a sales aptitude test. Is anyone currently using one that they are happy with?

    I think it is expensive, but the reports are detailed and informative, and I am amazed at how accurate they are. These tests are not only helpful in determining who might fit well in your sales field, but the reports can be very helpful to your sales manager. Every person has different areas of strengths and weaknesses and this report lets the sales manager know how to train this person.

    I use Profiles Plus [url]www.pplusevaluations.com[/url]. They have a test for Sales. Applicants can complete the test on-line. Very helpful with many Sites.
