  • I think I would be looking at a retail store compensation system for a like type position. Obviously, you are concerned about turnover and replacement cost for your wireless retail store employees, which has a market for those customers interested in wireless phone systems. There is probably alot of down time unless one is in the perfect "passer by" location. Unless you have a powerful compensation package these type people are going to be hard to find and retain. The personalities that are successful at selling this product would be powerful in other types of more active product marketing opportunities: like computers, appliances, new cars, etc. To heck with the turnover rate, look at what is driving them off, and as Maslaw would say "satisfy their unsatisfied needs" and you will stop the bleeding in people resources! This does give you the answer you were looking for but it is a post and some food for thought! Pork
