Can someone give me the do's and don't of handling military leave. We have some EE's being called up to serve. What do they have as far as job protection? Health insurance continuance? Any help appreciated.
The best source of information I have found is the website for the ESGR - Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. They are extremely helpful folks and you can probably find them doing a websearch with ESGR.
If you have any specific questions, I might be able to help as well, I've had to deal with it quite a bit.
