Fair Market Value vs. Replacement Value

We are in the process of developing a Wage Deduction Authorization Form. I am missing one very important piece - can you tell me the Texas Law concerning employees replacing or paying for equipment? (and supply documentation to attach to my form that states Texas law) Does Texas Labor Allow employers to recover Fair Market Value or Replacement Value.
