Does anyone have contacts in the transporation industry (e.g. Amtrak)? We are recruiting for a Trainmaster position. This job oversees the Train Operators, and is responsible for all Railroad Operating Rules.
We've tried all of the common recrutiment methods and have come up with very little. We are also making a concentrated effort to meet our objectives of being a diversified workforce.
If anyone has any good contacts or ideas on how to draw in more applicants it would be much appreciated. Thanks!
