Pre-Employment Screening

I am looking for pre-employment screening tests. One is general, and the other is mechanical. If anyone knows where i can find one, please let me know.

    I'm not sure what you're looking for. We use one instrument for Sales and Customer Service candidates and each one costs $94.00. Then we have an in-house developed 'test' that we give to maintenance electricians/mechanics, just a multiple choice test we developed that takes about 45 minutes tops. The Sales/CS 'surveys' are computerized and the scoring is as well so there's no way to share that with you. If you are looking for a knowledge test as opposed to aptitude, I recommend getting the key involved people in your organization to come up with specific questions/answers that they feel are critical to success on the job.
