Margaret Morford and Running with the Big Dogs

I attended my monthly Southern Nevada Human Resources Assn meeting this morning. I was surprised to learn that Margaret was to be our speaker. She did an excellent presentation on "Running with the Big Dogs and How to make HR a Strategic Player". The concept makes a lot of sense and I have always believed that we as Human Resources Professionals need to pursue and project a different image.

I highly recommend this program for those of you who want to stay on top of the evolutiion of the Human Resources Profession. It was really great to finally meet Margaret.
