Sensing Sessions

I need to conduct as soon as possible sensing(Focus Group) sessions with several of our employees. I have never done this before and would like some guidance and assistance in putting together the questions. I would also appreciate any advice and/or suggestions on how these sessions should be conducted.

I'm not familiar with sensing training. Could it be sensitivity training? If so, that's one you'd probably want to have professionally done from the outside.
