negligent referral cases

Someone on the board asked me to give them a couple of negligent referral cases,and for the life of me,I can not recall who...so here they are:Jerner v. Allstate Insurance,decided in Florida on august 10,1995case no. 93-09472 by a florida appeals court,and randi w. v. union school district48 Cal. rptr.2d 378(1995)...regards,mike maslanka

somone wanted the cases because there was a question in their company on whether to just give a neutral reference to an employee with ,as I recall,a violent temper...they wanted to know if they could get sued,and these cases say "yes"...mike

Mike: I was wondering how we can read up on those cases. Is there some sight we can go to to read about them?
