The US Chamber of Commerce just released a report ranking how fair the legal system in state courts are to business owners.The TOP FIVE---Delaware,Virginia,Nebraska,Washington,and Iowa.The BOTTOM FIVE---no surprises here---Mississippi,West Virginia,Alabama,Lousisana,and Texas.Here is an interesting side bar---Delaware ranked first in all categories,while Mississippi ranked last in each.(By the way,the lowest rank above is in reverse order---Miss. is 50,West Virginia 49 and so forth).
