I am looking for a job description for our employee who handles Accounts Payable and Payroll and for the Controller. If anyone would care to share their job descriptions for thse positions, I would appreciate it.

1. do financial statements, monthly close
2. monitor cash balances, reconcile daily
3. do job cost analysis
4. analyze general ledger on Excel
5. prepare purchase orders
6. handle personnel dept. duties
7. handle inurance matters - company & health
8. do AR billing/collecions & AP fuctions
9. handle factory employee issues & problems
10.open factory and office
That's most of it.
