EEO 1 Report

Can anyone provide me with a copy of an EEO 1 report? I have been unable to obtain one from anywhere. I have even requested one from the EEOC without any response.

We ordered a supply from G-Neil 800-999-9111. They were $1.99 each.

I think that you can only get sample EEO-1s on-line. I don't know why, but if someone knows of a link to an offical copy, please post it.

In any event, I'd suggest you get a copy directly from the EEOC. I know it's hard to get the right person, but I would call the nearest regional office.
