I am basically asking a question about employee privacy.

In the State of Georgia, is it legal to publish the telephone number and private e-mail address of a former employee to an individual or non profit organization?

I can't imagine that this is legal, however this was a debate the other day and I would like to know the answer if at all possible.

I don't know about Georgia, but employees, both current and former, have a right to some expectation of privacy. I won't give such information to anyone without authorization from the employee.
