Employee with sick kid wants to change work hours

Hello fellow HR Professionals,

 I have an employee who has a sick kid and the dr has advised her to keep him out of daycare. She wants to now come work from home from 9 am til about 430 and then come to the office. Our normal business hours are 9-6 pm. We have tried  to accommodate this but the owner of my company is getting a little fed up. There are projects we need her to work on so we can't fire her, can you provide any suggestions on what I can do to keep both parties happy? Happy to provide additional details if needed. Thanks
