Is your company trying to find ratings of Job Boards in order to purchase a subscription? If so, I have much better advice! seek out for a staffing solution that utilizes MULTIPLE JOB BOARDS. You will get one, very reasonable price, often cheaper than getting a subscription to 1 job board directly. Also, many staffing solutions will take the filtering work for you! At the end of the day, the end result is one low price and a pool of qualified candidates. Beats paying the high prices and spending HOURS of time filtering through the resumes to find the qualified ones... And forget paying contract recruiters! As they say, if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. But only to a certain extent so get a good pool of qualified high caliber candidates and call/engage them yourself, you don't need a contract recruiter to do that! Besides, they only care about their bottom line, getting you a person to work in your company as soon as possible dispite quality.
