New 2012 NLRA Employee Rights

I am looking for a best practice for notifying or making sure employees that work from home are aware of these rights. My question is should they have a poster themselves, a memo, etc. Please if anyone has a suggestion or knows the answer. Let me know. Thanks

  • The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit issued an injunction that halted implementation of the rule requiring employers to post the notice informing employees of their rights under the NLRA. Also, a U.S. district court in SC determined that
the NLRB lacked the authority to make the rule requiring the poster. Confusion abounds but, for now at least, employers are not required to post the notice. The D.C. Circuit will hear oral arguments in September.

Federal contractors, however, still need to post the notice that has been required of them for some time now.

    Hope this helps.
