Facebook case

I read that the NLRB settled the case with the ambulance company that fired an employee because of her Facebook postings. We have a social media policy that says employees canot defame or make derogatory comments about vendors, customers, other employees or the company. I'm wondering if we need to change that. I always thought that our policy was reasonable, but now I don't know if it's okay under the labor law. Does anyone else think their social media policies need to be changed because of this case?
