Affirmative Action Rules - HELP!!

Any other federal government contractors out there who are drowning in new/different affirmative action rules??? Seems like every other week a new rule for AA comes out and I am getting fed up. Anyone else having the same problem? What are you doing to keep up with the changes?

The DOL/OFCCP latest news and events website helps (http://www.dol.gov/ofccp/) but I am starting to wonder how OFCCP is going to keep up with and enforce all these new rules!

I work for a Bank - Affirmative Action applies. We hired an outside company for our AA policy and practices and even though I keep the spreadsheets on all applicants (which isn't too complicated) the company produces the report we must keep from year to year. Well worth it! Good luck.
