An employee has learned how to view other employees hours worked in our time
clock, and has been viewing the other employees hours in her department. She is
complaining to them that they are getting more hours than her.
How should this be handled?
Thanks for any assistance.

The supervisor should discuss the matter with her; for how many hours was she hired? Is this OT? why do others get more hours?
Should she be getting an equal share?
