Domestic Partner - California - Policy Needed (quickly)

Hello,

Anybody have a policy I can use as a basis ? I need to document :

Registered domestic partners (and same-sex spouses who's marriages are currently in limbo as to validity or not with Prop 8) are eligible as dependents under benefit plans offered to our employees. Domestic Partners as defined under CA  FAMILY.CODE  SECTION 297-297.5  298-298.5  299-299.3  299.6 <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

I'm in CA, less than 50 employees.
