Especially in the insurance or financial industries, do you have any Information Security (Privacy) processes or safeguards in place for employee customers that differ from non-employee customers. For example, is employee customer personal information (social security number, date of birth, etc.) accessible only by a limited group of customer service representatives, etc. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
