Employee Handbook for Banking Institutions

I'm searching for someone who has recently updated their Employee Handbook and works for a bank. I've been an HR Manager for many years, drafted several new handbooks, but not while working at a banking institution. I'm hoping to get a sample table of contents from another HR professional so that I can compare it to my new draft. I want to be sure we don't miss anything that should be incorporated that is typically appropriate in only a banking environment
Thanks for the help!

As you wait for information from an HR Manager from another bank, we wanted to let you know that BLR will soon be introducing its Policy and Handbook Manager on HR.BLR.com. This tool includes prewritten policies and forms that you can customize and use to create an employee handbook or procedures manual. Look for it late this month or in early May.
Catherine - thanks for sharing that information. It is good news for all of us that use HR.BLR.com!

This sounds to me like the OP is looking specificallly for compliance related items for employees of financial institutions. I'd think the bank would be ok with springing for some face time with a lawyer familliar with employment law and laws appropriate to the financial sector.
Hi,
I am the HR Manager of a community bank. I just updated our handbook in March. I'd be happy to share our table of contents. Just let me know your email address and I'll send it out right away.
