I've been reading about the NLRB decision on company email being used for union solicitation. I'm interested in what people think this means for the policies at their companies. Are you changing your email policy? Can we allow some personal use but strictly prohibit solicitation for any purpose?

Labor unions are neither charitable nor commercial, so you would need additional language or simply say "charitable only" if your purpose is to prevent both union use and the potential for unfair practices when managers are left to their own devices because the policy creates a gray area.
