Title Suggestions?

Our title structure is Sr. Manager to Director. We are interested in any suggestions for a title above Sr. Manager that is not Director. For political reasons, we would prefer not to use that title in this instance. Any help would be appreciated. Thx.

How about using the I and II method for demonstrating seniority among Sr. Managers (e.g, Sr. Manager II is above Sr. Manager I)

Viscountess, Dutchess would be the feminine forms but, Pam's suggestion raises an interesting question. To be honest, I don't know the regulations on this one. Can you be "overlord" of any kind (for life, of all that I survey, etc.) if you aren't also "evil"? Is a vice-evil-overlord, merely overlord?
