Does anyone know what is going on with the no-match letters?

A federal judge has delayed the implementation of the rule. The federal government has agreed to revisit the issue, taking into consideration the concerns of the federal court. it will probably be March before we hear anything on it.

yeah both employers and unions were fighting the rules. don't see the two groups fighting on the same side everyday.

At present, DHS is challenging a federal judge's decision to halt the no-match letter process. Also Ds ssaid that they will be seeking input from the small business community as they rewrite the regulation.
