Benchmark Data - Help!!

My CEO is asking for headcount benchmark data on specific departments for other companies our size. Particularly interested in IT, Finance & HR. We are a biotech company with 110 employees. If your company is between 70 and 200 employees can you share your department sizes for IT, Finance & HR - also are you a commercial entity or not. I appreciate any and all responses. Thanks.

We have just under 200 employees. Out HR dept is 3 people, IT is 5, and finance is 6. We are a commercial entity.

We are a Construction Company with approx. 110 employees. We have 1 person for HR, we outsource IT and we have 4 people in accounting, 1 Controller and 1 CFO. Hope this helps.
