EEO policy

I read, heard, or maybe just dreamed up that in the EEO policy you needed reference to the affordable care act. I am up-dating our EEO policy now and do I need to reference the ACA in that policy? What is the correct wording I will need to use. I will appreciate any help anyone can give. Thank you in advance

I researched and I found out that there have been no ties between the EEO and ACA. They are two separate laws which govern over two different things.
