Weird Interview Questions

Surveys are starting to show an uptick in hiring, which got us thinking about job interview questions.
Everybody knows to stay away from questions that can be seen as unlawful discrimination and harassment, and everybody knows it's important to ask job-related questions. But still some doozies make their way into interviews. (If you were a fruit, what kind of fruit would you be? What did you play with as a child?)
We're compiling a list of way-out-in-left-field interview questions, so please share with us some of the quirkier questions you've heard being used in job interviews.
Here's an article from Mental Floss about what are reported to be questions Thomas Edison asked when he interviewed potential job applicants.

Some strange ones we actually use from time to time are:
- What would the title of your life story be?
- On a scale of 1 to 10, how weird are you?
- If you had to explain what a database is to a 5-year old, how would you do it? (for our IT applicants)
As for the Edison quiz, I only got 2 right! I knew who Leonidas was, but only because of the film 300, and I knew who Bessemer was, but only because I have family in Bessemer, AL
BTW, Welcome to the Forum!
