FMLA for Exempt Status

OK, someone, anyone, please refresh my memory on FMLA for exempt employees. I'm mainly looking for info regarding their pay. If they are on block time FMLA and do not work any during a week, are we still required to pay them?
I'm totally drawing blanks here and I know I've read articles on this before.
