Is Epilepsy considered a disability under ADA?

    Regarding your question, the final regulations for the ADAAA indicate there are a few serious impairments/illnesses, for example blindness, deafness, cancer, diabetes, HIV, and epilepsy, that will almost always be considered disabilities. With that said, where the ADA is concerned, I recommend that you consult with qualified employment counsel before taking action.
