As some of us have discussed elsewhere on the Forum, this thing is moving so slowly it just can't be used efficiently/effectively. Don suggested you would read this if we put it here. So here it is. Until fixed I will spend my time elsewhere.

But you're right. If I try to log on first thing in the morning when I get to the office, the application times out because it takes sooooo loooong to looaaadd. So, I usually wait until mid-morning or so and it seems to be better then.
This has happened too often lately even though we doubled our capacity last year. We're going to invest in additional equipment and services that will help, but I don't know the exact timetable.
Meanwhile, we'll get out the duct tape to get the most out of our current system. Have a great weekend.
