As some of us have discussed elsewhere on the Forum, this thing is moving so slowly it just can't be used efficiently/effectively. Don suggested you would read this if we put it here. So here it is. Until fixed I will spend my time elsewhere.

Fortunately at home I have a dial up connection, so I'm accustomed to slow....

But you're right. If I try to log on first thing in the morning when I get to the office, the application times out because it takes sooooo loooong to looaaadd. So, I usually wait until mid-morning or so and it seems to be better then.

Sorry for the slowness. Our Internet/e-mail lines simply got overwhelmed with traffic this morning for a variety of reasons that all came together at the same time. It should be better now. Most slowdowns like this will be corrected within an hour or two.

This has happened too often lately even though we doubled our capacity last year. We're going to invest in additional equipment and services that will help, but I don't know the exact timetable.

Meanwhile, we'll get out the duct tape to get the most out of our current system. Have a great weekend.

Yesterday, 6/1, no problem getting in and moving about. Today, however, is a horse of a different color! After sending this post, if it ever goes, I'm checking out after only looking in one of the topic areas. Way too slow to navigate and wait on.

When I posted a similar question to the other forum members, many were experiencing the same thing. The Forum responded (see Wage and Hour thread "slow response time"). They're asking us to track when the times are slow, medium and fast, by date and time of day. Yesterday afternoon, it was zippity doo da fast; today, it's slower than ever - I think I've grown hair faster than this.
