Evening Cocktail

I just realized it's only 10:24 am and I am already thinking about what cocktail I am going to consume when I get home tonight. Wow, what a day it has been already. Does anyone have an suggestions for a evening cocktail?

What about a margarita or a mojhito - have you ever tried a mojhito ?? its a cuban drink made with rum and mint - very tasty !!

I don't have a recipe for it but can give you an easier way of trying it - look for the 6 packs of the barcardi Mojhitos - they are usually by the Mike's hard lemonade's and they are really good - my favorite of all the cooler drinks.
I know you make them using rum, sugar and mint leaves, you grind the mint leaves and the sugar together and add rum and seltzer water but I don't know exact quantities. You can probably find a recipe for this drink on the food network site.

All I want is chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate. Hmmm. I think there might be some Halloween candy still left. I don't think there will be tomorrow.

Personally, we have a little cornbread left over (that was cooked in a square cast iron skillet) that I am looking forward to breaking up into a tall glass and then filling the glass with sweet milk. All I will need is a spoon.

Best chocolate cocktail in the world is a Tiratini - tiramisu flavored martini

1 shot vanilla vodka
1 shot Kalhua
1 shot Bailey's Irish Creme
1 shot Creme de caco or Godiva's White chocolate liquor
1 shot cream

Shake with ice and strain into glass - sprinkle with cocoa powder.

You'll sleep like a baby with a smile on your face!

This sounds wonderful...and it is only 7:30 Tuesday morning. I will have to make a trip to the store for ingredients, but looks like it will be worth it!
